Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya – The Hotel has amazingly highly positive customer reviews.
Located on Beach Road with the iconic guitar towering over the sidewalk, the Hard Rock Hotel is hard to miss when passing by. The hotel is adorned almost everywhere with memorabilia from the music industry. This property is written up as a four and a half star hotel, however I think it’s so close to five stars, I’m unsure why it’s not. It has 24 hour room service, a stunning pool, 24 hour front desk, business facilities, 5 restaurants / cafes, a spa to just name a few.
Highly rated among customers. As mentioned this hotel has a rating of 9 and above among past customers which is almost the highest in the region. That really says something about the high level of customer service.
How could we not mention the pool. The pool, right across from the beach features food and beverage service, private cabanas, and a cocktail bar overlooking the pool area with live music regularly. Awesome business services are a staple at this Hard Rock Hotel. Sporting a business centre, meeting rooms and a conference centre it’s hard to go past if you wanted to shore up a deal or conduct staff training this is the place for you. The facilities are not just modern, but very stylish. The staff are multi-lingual speaking Mandarin Chinese, English and of course Thai.
Family Friendly is part of the experience. Just some of what is on offer are childrens activities, and indoor play area, a good selection of kids meals and of course the pool with slides for the ankle biters. I’ve seen good amounts of security at the entrances also to keep the place private for guests. Oh and by the way, there is a waterpark in Pattaya not too far away in a taxi.
Modern Room and guest facilities are a must and The Hard Rock caters more than most for business travellers and families. A variety of modern rooms in all budgets, many with balconies and beautiful ocean views. The services are everything from onsite electric car rental, ATM service onsite, Concierge and tour booking, Laundry services, a fitness centre and an onsite spa. There are also proper safe deposit boxes at the front desk. The hotel has over 300 rooms and only ten floors which makes it perfect for not feeling out of touch being too high. The view toward the beach are uninterrupted to make you feel that beach vibe right on the beachfront.
